モーリシャスのパン屋さんで購入したいわゆる「大きな源氏パイ」。フランス語ではパルミエ（ヤシの木）もしくはクール・ド・フランス（フランスのハート）という名前だそうです。モーリシャスはかつてフランスの植民地となった歴史があり、今でも住民はフランス語を話し、街なかにはフランスの文化が残っています。
